Business Development Representative

Henderson Management is searching for a New Management Representative who is a dynamic and capable salesperson that can perform independently and is passionate about nurturing positive relationships with prospective customers.

To succeed in this position, a candidate should have exceptional communication and sales skills. He/she should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients and co-workers. Candidates must be goal oriented and MUST possess the drive to achieve long term growth. The New Management Representative is responsible for direct sales activities such as:

  • New property acquisitions – meeting with prospective customers
  • Property Analysis
  • Prospecting
  • Lead generation
  • Attending networking events
  • Reporting weekly metrics on New Management closes and pipeline

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years in a sales related role and/or business development
  • Demonstrated history of closing deals
  • Previous experience in the property management industry preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Google Drive and documents

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Salary: $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year
