We are seeking a Property Manager to join our growing company. You will be supported by a team of professionals in other specialized areas that help make your daily duties as a Property Manager easier.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Daily interaction with tenants
  • Heavy phone and email communication
  • Tracking, reporting and filing
  • Provide tenants with personalized service
  • Rent collections
  • Property Walks
  • Lease compliance and enforcement
  • Process and track tenant lease renewals/tenant move outs

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred)
  • Fast learner, incredibly organized, ability to multitask and detail oriented
  • Strong, effective, written and verbal communication skills
  • Must work well in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Experience working with Appfolio is preferred
