Henderson Management is among the largest property management companies in the Colorado Front Range. We manage over 1300 units in the Northern Colorado Front Range. Henderson Management is centrally located in Loveland and locally owned. Established in 1994, we serve a growing need for a professional property management company that specializes in both commercial and residential. We provide services to investors for real estate acquisition, real estate management (including contract administration and accounting), and real estate maintenance.

Jason Hanson

Jason graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1999. A native of the Loveland/Fort Collins area, Jason comes from a family of small business owners. Grandfather, Gene Markely, chairman of Markley Motors in Fort Collins and father Dick Hanson, owner of Center for Management Excellence have both been instrumental in his business management upbringing and development skills.

Jason purchased Henderson Management and Real Estate, LLC from Larry and Judy Henderson in 2004 and remains the sole owner. Jason has worked to create an extremely efficient and structured company that has become a leader in the management industry throughout the Colorado Front Range. Recently, Northern Colorado Business Report ranked the company #1 in residential units management and #4 overall for total square feet under management (residential and Commercial). Jason is a professional investor in real estate and has a passion for helping people achieve "Financial Freedom" through real estate acquisition.

Before purchasing Henderson Management, Jason worked at IBM in Boulder for 5 years as a financial planner and later as an operations manager. Jason believes his past experience at IBM helped prepare him for managing the company.

Jason is married to Allyson and has two daughters and a son. He is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys camping, hiking, tennis, running, biking, skiing, and most other outdoor activities. Jason is a member of the Loveland Rotary Club, National Association of Property Managers, and many other associations and organizations.

Michael F. Riley III
Director of Management

Michael is a property manager tasked with the management of the large accounts in the Henderson Portfolio. Michael has been with Henderson Management for 8 years. His background is in Information Technology and Project Management. Michael is a fully licensed Broker Associate and has a Bachelors in Information Technology. Hobbies include Hunting, Backpacking/Camping, Woodworking, and spending time with his family and friends.

Shirley Fursteaneu
Licensed Property Manager

Shirley is a Licensed Broker Associate that moved here from Michigan after spending 14 years listing and selling Real Estate in the Higgins Lake area. She joined the Henderson Team in January of 2008. Shirley specializes in Property Management. In her free time she likes to golf, work on jigsaw puzzles and spend time with her children and 5 grandchildren.

Justin Ratzlaff
Licensed Property Manager

Justin grew up in the Fort Collins area and began a career in custom home construction in 1996. He joined the Henderson team in 2012 with a strong desire to work in property management. He is passionate about the opportunity to work with home owners and tenants in achieving all of their Real Estate needs. Justin enjoys playing his guitar/piano, hiking/biking/fishing, spending time with friends and family, and tinkering around in the workshop.

Trisha Helms
Property Manager

Trisha assists property managers in day to day owner and tenant relations. She graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Real Estate. In her free time she enjoys visiting with family and friends and spending time outside enjoying all of the beauty Colorado has to offer.

Jessica Joles
Director of Business Development/Broker

Jessica is originally from Wisconsin. She started her real estate career there in 2000. After moving to Colorado in 2005, she began working in property management. She is now the Director of Business Development and manages the Leasing, Real Estate, New Acquisitions and Marketing departments. She also closes an average of 60 real estate transactions a year. Her 2 children are her most treasured loves. Her hobbies include hiking, running, music, fishing, and most outdoor activities.

Linda Lloyd
Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Most recently from California, Linda has lived in Colorado before for a period of many years. She loves real estate and has played my different roles in the profession from receptionist to asset manager to transaction coordinator. Linda and her family enjoy reading, hiking and enjoying 2 1/2 year old
granddaughter, Ava.

Chanelle Frydendall

Chanelle is the "Go-To Gal" for all accounting and office needs! She is originally from SW Kansas and has been in office/accounting management for 23 years. She has one daughter, BECCA. In her spare time she enjoys scrap booking, shopping, going to movies, going to the theatre and spending time with her friends and family.

Sheila Woods

Sheila brings to the Accounting Department a variety of experience from banking to operating her own small business. Her greatest joy is spending time with her grandchildren.

Kelsey Syverson

Kelsey moved to Colorado from Nebraska in 2009 to complete her college education at Colorado State University. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from CSU in December 2012 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration and a Concentration in Real Estate. She joined Henderson shortly after as an assistant to the Sales Team, beginning her career in real estate. In her free time she enjoys hiking, shopping, reading, biking and spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs.

Julie Dokoupil
Licensed Property Manager/Controller

Julie is a licensed real estate agent in the states of Colorado and Wyoming. She brings over 20 years of property management, financial management, and consulting experience to her position, along with having owned her own commercial property management business. Her focus in property management is hands-on administration along with excellent communication between the manager, the tenants, and the owner.

Julie is originally from Northern California moving to Colorado in 1981. She attended Colorado State University majoring in business and accounting. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, gardening, camping, and any water activity.

Marlene Gloe
Customer Service Specialist

I am originally from South Dakota, moved to Colorado in 2013. I have owned and operated several small businesses and managed a Real Estate office for 11 years. I believe everyone one needs to give back to their community. I also believe when life happens, we need to help our fellow man.
I am the proud grandmother of 7 and enjoy spoiling each one of them.

I grew up in Tempe, AZ, where I learned the construction trades from my father who owned an exhibits design and consulting business. I have been working in construction and building maintenance since the age of 15. I was attending Northern Arizona University in the Biology program when I moved to Fort Collins to help my wife get through her master's degree. I started at HMRE in 2011 as a maintenance technician, where I developed a passion for real estate and decided to become a property manager. I love all things outdoors: rock climbing, biking, running, and spending time with my wife and dog.

Originally from Oklahoma. Moved here to raise my 18 month old son in a better economy. My hobbies include anything that has to do with being a parent. My goal in life is to continue thriving within the Real Estate career community and providing the most phenomenal life for my son, Lakota.

Dawn Clark
Licensed Property Manager

Dawn grew up in Loveland, Colorado. She graduated from Thompson Valley HS and then went to UNC in Greeley. Dawn has been in the real estate field since high school, obtaining her Broker Associate license in 2001. She really enjoys working with the public.

When not working, Dawn enjoys spending time with her son, parents and her two dogs.

Michelle joined Henderson in 2014 as a receptionist and assists with the new management and accounting teams. With a background in accounting and office management, she welcomes a challenge and has enjoyed learning the real estate industry.
