How long is the application process?
The application submission will be reviewed same-day and the applicant will be contacted within 24 hours. We review application submissions same-day. We’re diligent about contacting the applicant within 24 hours of submission. We also keep applications, so if one property doesn’t work out, we’ll contact you with another as soon as we can.
What types of maintenance does the tenant perform?
As a tenant, you are responsible for standard maintenance, like keeping the property clean inside and out. It also includes replacing light bulbs, furnace filters, and smoke & carbon dioxide batteries. As well, many properties will require the tenant to handle lawn care and snow removal. In the case of properties with sprinkler systems, Henderson will handle charge up and shut down.
