Jason Hanson

Jason Hanson is the proprietor of Henderson Property Management & Real Estate, recognized as the premier residential property management firm in Northern Colorado. A native of Loveland, Colorado, he graduated summa cum laude from Colorado University in 1998, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Subsequently, he was recruited by IBM, where he served as a financial analyst for five years.

He departed from IBM in 2004 to acquire Henderson Property Management, concurrently initiating property investments while developing the business. He currently maintains ownership and operational oversight of a high-yielding property portfolio and provides property management services for over 400 investors across Northern Colorado.

Mr. Hanson possesses a profound interest in investment; his foundational experience as a financial analyst has proven highly advantageous in the real estate sector. The application of CAP rate analysis, budget formulation, capital plan development, and cost segregation studies have been instrumental to his achievements as an asset manager, investor, and business operator.

Leveraging this comprehensive experience and guided by his Christian values, Mr. Hanson instituted a strategic vision and a hands-on leadership methodology at Henderson, emphasizing both exemplary character and high performance.
