Erin Blackwell

A proud Colorado native, Erin brings a strong sense of community, family values, and dedication to everything she does. She began her real estate career in 2008, navigating foreclosures and short sales during one of the most challenging times in the industry. That experience gave her resilience, adaptability, and a passion for helping others find stability through real estate. In 2013, Erin joined Henderson Property Management & Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator in the Real Estate Department. Her problem-solving skills and drive for excellence quickly positioned her as a key contributor to the creation of the company’s Logistics Department. From the ground up, she helped build its structure, supported new management sales, and laid the foundation for a division that remains integral to the company today.

Now serving as Director of Operations, Erin has been instrumental in shaping Henderson’s current business model. She has overseen the implementation of multiple software systems, streamlined processes, and introduced standardized procedures across departments to ensure efficiency and consistency. Known for her collaborative leadership style, Erin also facilitates team training and development through strategic meetings that foster growth and alignment across the organization.
