Henderson Property Management & Real Estate Services Promotes Kaila Schurbrock
Fort Collins, CO., June 19th, 2017 – Henderson Property Management & Real Estate announces the promotion of Kaila Schurbrock from Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to Licensed Buyer’s Agent.
In this position, it will be Kaila’s responsibility to respond to and maintain consistent communication with new real estate clients as well as to identify homes that meet their home search criteria, schedule showings, and help them refine their criteria. She will serve home buyers by writing and submitting offers on their behalf, effectively negotiating offers, and overseeing the entire process to close.
Kaila joined the Henderson team in 2015 as a Receptionist in their Fort Collins, CO office, and quickly advanced to the position of Accounting Admin. From there, she began to discover her passion for the property side of things. Her leadership, time management, and organizational skills made her a natural fit for the industry. Kaila’s responsibilities at Henderson continued to grow as she was promoted from Receptionist to Property Management Admin to help develop the Greeley, CO office. It was while working with the business development team in Greeley that Henderson’s Director of Sales, Jessica Joles, noticed Kaila’s boldness and willingness to learn new things and take initiative.

It was shortly after Kaila started working with Jessica that Henderson extended the opportunity to her to go through the process of becoming a Licensed Broker. After a few short months, Kaila was able to complete her broker education program, and feels that she has been given the proper tools to become an expert of this industry and her new career.
