Accounting Associate
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Posting all incoming forms of income
- Paying invoices for utilities and vendors
- Creating and charging Invoices for our Maintenance Department
- Processing move out dispositions for tenants
- Processing close out dispositions for owners
- Producing monthly owners statements
- Managing and ensuring accurate tenant ledgers
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have accounting education or 2–3 years of accounting experience
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Proficient in the use of Quickbooks
- Able to prioritize under stress to meet deadlines
- High level of attention to detail
- Knowledge of Google Docs and Appfolio a plus
Leasing Agent
Qualifications and Skills:
- Outgoing, with a great personality and people skills
- Dynamic, driven, and competitive
- Enjoys moving at a fast pace and can make changes to your day on the fly
- Organized and achievement driven
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation and discipline
- Professional with communication and attire
- Must have a driver’s license and clean driving record
Logistics Coordinator
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Schedule maintenance technicians for daily work per processes in place
- Notifying tenants when work is scheduled to be done at their properties
- Organize Key pick-up for scheduled vendors and new Tenants
- Review completed work orders for Billing
- Reviewing incoming Vendor Invoices for approval
- Review incoming technicians receipts for payment processing
- Process incoming tenant requests for new Work Orders
- Sending out and monitoring all customer surveys for the maintenance department
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have 1–2 years of experience in performing scheduling tasks
- Knowledge of building maintenance and maintenance processes
- Fast learner, incredibly organized, and detail oriented
- Able to meet deadlines as expected
- Strong, effective, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Experience working with Appfolio is a bonus
Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Must have experience in the following areas: General maintenance, troubleshooting, electrical and plumbing repair.
- Must be organized, confident in decision making abilities, detailed oriented and a strong, clear communicator.
- Must have their own reliable transportation and a clean DMV record.
- Tools for the trade are required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be located in Northern Colorado and able to commute to Loveland
- Minimum 2 years maintenance experience
- Able to move and/or lift 70 lbs (avg)
- Must be reliable, customer-oriented, and willing to be part of a team
- Honest and looking to work for an ethical business
- Organized person with positive attitude
- Outstanding personal skills
- Pre-employment, DMV and background checks
Receptionist
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Keeping the office clean, organized and ensuring supply needs are met
- Greeting all customers during open business hours
- Opening and closing the office daily
- Answering all incoming calls
- Accepting all incoming checks and processing
- Sorting Mail
- Scheduling and Collecting Move In Information
- Distributing Move on and Vendor Key pick-up
- Completing/ adding new maintenance requests
- Making new move in/ welcome bags
- Data Entry as needed
- Additional Administration tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills:

Tenant Relations Specialist
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage Daily Interactions with tenants using multiple forms of communication (phone calls, text messages, emails, mail, etc.)
- Process and track tenant lease renewals and tenant move outs
- Manage all tenant files with up to date and accurate records
- Oversee rent and tenant payments to ensure accuracy in tenant accounts
- Complete property walks to verify all tenants are within their lease requirements
- Enforce tenant lease compliance
- Oversee Tenant Payments to ensure delinquency standards are maintained
- Heavy phone and email communication and record keeping of all communication
- Provide tenants with personalized service
- Ensure all Fair Housing as well as Federal, State and County laws are followed and enforced
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred)
- Fast learner, incredibly organized, ability to multitask and detail oriented
- Strong, effective, written and verbal communication skills
- Must work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Experience working with Appfolio is preferred
