Customer Service Representative – Full Time

We are currently seeking an ambitious Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. If you are high-energy, motivated, organized and have a desire to learn more about the Real Estate/Property Management Industry, we would like to talk with you! This position qualifies for benefits under Henderson’s Health Plans after a 60-day probationary period.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Daily interaction with tenants
  • Heavy phone and email communication
  • Tracking, reporting and filing
  • Provide tenants with personalized service
  • Rent collections
  • Property Walks
  • Lease compliance and enforcement
  • Process and track tenant lease renewals/tenant move outs

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred)
  • Fast learner, incredibly organized, ability to multitask and detail oriented
  • Strong, effective, written and verbal communication skills
  • Must work well in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Experience working with Appfolio is preferred

Salary: $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year
