Maintenance Technician

Northern Colorado’s Largest Management Company is seeking an “Experienced Maintenance Technician”. Looking for quality technicians to join our fast growing company.

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in repairs of all types, including but not limited to: plumbing, fixtures, drywall, electrical, painting and heavy lifting.
  • Candidate must have the following skills: estimating, trouble shooting, decision making, working within budgets,
  • Building code knowledge, current products & building materials,
  • Organizational skills and great communication skills.
  • Candidate must have own reliable transportation with towing capacity
  • Must have tools for specific trade
  • Must be able to operate an Ipad, smart phone and GPS
  • Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check

This position is full time, Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm.

Starting pay is $25/hour depending on skill set and experience
